Website Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using our website, written with clarity and proportion in mind.
Last reviewed 19 October 2026
Scope and operator
These terms concern use of the public Sapphire MedWeb Solutions website at sapphiremedweb.com. They are not a proposal, service agreement or set of terms governing the purchase of web-development services.
Sapphire MedWeb Solutions provides website review, design, technical development and ongoing website-care services, principally for private clinics and independent clinicians.
This website is operated by Paul Broadbent, trading as Sapphire MedWeb Solutions, a sole trader, at 23 Barlow Moor Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 6TN, United Kingdom.
Website use is separate from any agreement for paid services. We agree the scope and applicable service terms for a client project in writing.
Using our website
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Information published on the website is provided to explain Sapphire’s services. It is not a personalised recommendation or a binding offer.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design and original materials are owned by Sapphire MedWeb Solutions or used with permission. Third-party trademarks and other material remain the property of their owners.
Normal personal browsing and links to the public website are permitted. Reuse of substantial content for other purposes may require permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party trademarks, images, client testimonials and portfolio material remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licences or permissions. Sapphire only publishes such material where appropriate permission or a licence applies.
Information and availability
We aim to keep the website clear and accurate, but website content, service descriptions, availability and indicative prices may change. A specific project scope, fee and delivery schedule will be established separately, in writing, before work is agreed.
We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all website material will always be error-free. Nothing on this website creates a professional adviser-client relationship merely by browsing it.
No clinical advice or patient enquiries
Although Sapphire specialises in websites for healthcare providers, Sapphire is a web-development and technical-services business, not a healthcare provider. Website information is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Do not send patient records, confidential clinical documents or medical histories through general website-enquiry forms.
External sites and embedded services
The website may link to third-party websites or show material provided by others. Links are offered for convenience and do not necessarily represent our endorsement. External sites have their own terms and privacy information.
Responsibility and statutory rights
We take reasonable care over information presented on this website. Website content provides general information about our services; it is not an individual proposal or a substitute for a separate written service agreement.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.
Separate written agreements govern paid client work. Nothing in these website terms removes statutory protections or obligations that apply.
Privacy, changes and contact
For information about personal data and website storage technologies, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
